Oracle PL/SQL Developer

Education Requirements:

Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems or related

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop & implement Oracle Workflow components
• Develop policy objects and access request according to the work flows designs
• PL/SQL programming using advanced features of Oracle 11g like Records and Collections
• Development using PL/SQL wrapper to protect the PL/SQL procedures and packages
• Support data extraction, filtering, and validation in Oracle E-Business Suite of applications
• Develop Data entry, query and reports request screens and tune the SQL queries
• Re-validate corrected data from source and re-process to get them loaded to the Oracle target
• Develop PL/SQL code using the technical and functional specifications
• Develop PL/SQL code using TOAD and SQL Developer tools
• Develop Oracle objects like tables, types, views, packages, procedures, triggers and functions
• Develop Reports for Oracle E-Business Suite applications as per the client requirements
• Develop and customize Oracle reports using Discoverer in Financial and SCM modules
• Develop and update stored procedures, functions, packages and triggers using TOAD
• Develop validation packages using PL/SQL package
• Performance tune PL/SQL queries, generate Explain Plans and refractor code
• Develop Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) composites using JAVA programming
• Modify and deploy SOA web services
• Use SQL Loader to perform data loads into database tables from external flat files
• Use Custom Library (custom.pll) for customization of Forms in Order Management, Account Receivable modules
• Manage Data Migration using Import and Export utilities in close co-ordination with DBA team
• Implement API and SPML web services
• Maintain the code in Oracle 12C standards, review and change the code that does not met 12C standards
• Analyze patches provided by Oracle, analyze impact and apply those patches in production
