.NET Developer

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Set up SSIS Package environment by configuring OLE DB Database connection
2. Create web application functionality using .Net and SQL Server in Visual Studio IDE
3. Enhancements to the existing application using .Net, JavaScript for validations, writing functions, events and methods, HTML/CSS for GUI page appearance and styling to create rich UI
4. Create project branch and trunks using SVN to perform check-in, checkout during the application development
5. Develop technical user interfaces and test software prototypes
6. Install and create an environment for SSIS package execution using SSDT Developer Tools
7. Import and Export data with field validation, Data mapping and file validation with File Transfer Protocol (FTP) using SSIS Execution
8. Designing and Developed Report Service involving Datasets, Data sources, Selectors, Panels and layouts using SSRS
9. Working closely with business users, communicate through emails and frequent client meetings to gather business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
10. Create Workflow diagrams for Business that includes a detailed flow of application with Input and Output objects
11. Implement the full Software Development Life Cycle such as requirement gathering, analysis, documentation, development, testing, and deployment
12. Fix defects arising out of Integration Testing, UAT testing and other testing phases
13. Support performance testing and tune application code to meet the performance standards
14. Design database create DDL Scripts, Complex PL/SQL stored queries, Package configuration using SQL Developer Tools
15. Design, modify and develop database tables, views, functions, indexes, and stored procedures to meet the business requirements
16. Perform DML operations using backend ADO.NET to SQL Server
